There's no single rarest Mini Brand: ZURU doesn't publish pull odds, so no one can prove one mini is scarcer than every other. What we can show is the highest label on each series' collector guide. In the newer lines that label is Legendary: our database lists 21 Legendary minis, with 37 Iconic just below. Older core, Toy and Foodie series top out at Ultra Rare or Super Rare. What is the highest rarity label?
Legendary is the highest label in the series that use it, followed by Iconic and Luxury. Each series picks its own tiers, so "rarest" here always means the top tier of that particular series. Rarity levels explained has the full ladder.
